On round separator machines, clamp rings create the connection between stacked frames. Clamp rings also make the important connection between the table frame and the motor table at the bottom of a stack.
The two halves of a round screen clamp are normally conjoined by a nut and a bolt. However, on a quick-release clamp ring, you will find a standard nut-and-bolt connection on one side and a quick-release clamp on the other. Such clamps significantly reduce the time required to change screens. However, they are only used for frame-to-frame connections, as they are not used to connect the motor table to the table frame.
Quick-release clamps secure the top cover to the screen box. They permit faster access for cleaning and screen changes.
Clamp ring assemblies come in sizes ranging from 24" to 60". Specify your choice of standard or quick-release designs.
